Welcome to The Earth Warden PLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and information. By interacting with our site or booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

🛠️ 1. Services & Estimates

  • Estimates are always free and non-binding.

  • Scheduling a service implies agreement with our posted policies and service terms.

  • Our services are designed to respect ecological balance and customer safety.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

📆 2. Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Services are weather permitting. We'll reschedule as needed to ensure effectiveness and safety.

  • We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

  • There are no cancellation fees, but repeated skipped visits may void warranties.

💳 3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Initial/start-up payments must be made before work begins.

  • Accepted payment methods include card (in person or on file) and cash.

  • A valid payment method must be kept on file for recurring service plans.

🐾 4. Safety & Access

  • It is your responsibility to provide safe and clear access around the property.

  • Aggressive animals must be secured prior to the technician’s arrival.

  • If service is delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions, we may charge a fee or cancel at our discretion.

🌱 5. Product Use & Limitations

  • We use natural, botanical, and low-impact products whenever possible.

  • While effective, natural treatments may require time and repeat visits.

  • Eradication is not guaranteed with any product — natural or synthetic.

  • Full product information (labels/SDS) is available upon request and on our website.

⚖️ 6. Legal Terms

  • All services are performed in compliance with Vermont and federal regulations.

  • You agree to hold The Earth Warden PLC harmless for pest activity beyond our control or due to customer non-compliance.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of Vermont.
