All services are billed per visit, and only monthly plans include warranties and free follow-ups. Pricing depends on the nature of the home, the land around it, and the intruders that dwell within — custom quotes are free.

What’s Covered

Our Standard Plan covers most general household pests — naturally.
It does not include:

• Powder Post Beetles

• Carpenter Ants

• Carpenter Bees

• Ticks

• Mosquitoes

Add-On Options

For customers who need a bit more:

• Carpenter Ants

• Carpenter Bees

• Exterior Rodent Stations (for the highest level of rodent control)

Mice are included in the standard plan — only the exterior stations are extra.

Specialized Contracts Required

Some creatures need more than a basic plan. The following require their own agreements due to complexity, environmental timing, or legal guidelines:

• Bats & Squirrels → Exclusion Contract

• Ticks & Mosquitoes → Vector Protection Contract

• Powder Post Beetles → Structural Infestation Contract

Exclusion Services

When pests get too close, the Warden seals the threshold.

• Bat & Squirrel Removal via one-way valve and sealing

• Foundation Seals: siding, pipes, ground-level entry

• Ridgeline Seals (expanded metal over ridge vents)

• Roofline Seals: vulnerable areas around the eaves, soffits, and dormers

Note: Squirrel exclusion is not performed during breeding season to prevent harm to mothers and young.

Due to Vermont's shifting climate, no seal can be guaranteed — but program customers receive regular inspections and repairs.

Warranty & Follow-Up

Only available to monthly plan holders:

• Continued treatment if problems persist

• Adjustments as needed with no added cost
