💸 Refund Policy

At The Earth Warden PLC, we strive to provide effective, thoughtful, and ecologically responsible pest control solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us — and so is transparency.

Because each home, pest, and environment is different, here’s how we handle refunds:

🌿 Service Guarantee

  • Most of our seasonal and year-round services come with free follow-up visits, not refunds.

  • One-time treatments do not include a warranty unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A billing error occurred

  • A service was scheduled and paid for but not delivered, and cannot be rescheduled

  • A refund is otherwise approved as a goodwill gesture by The Earth Warden

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Results that fall short of total eradication (especially with natural products)

  • Services that were partially completed due to inaccessible areas, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions

  • Delays caused by weather, customer unavailability, or non-compliance with agreement terms

  • Ongoing pest pressure from untreated adjacent structures or properties outside our control

🧾 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be applied to the customers account as a credit towards future services within 7 business days. If a refund is warranted after cancelation of services or after a one-time service, the refund will be returned using the initial method of payment. If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us as soon as possible.
